Our passion is to make it possible for you to have a comfortable and palacious accommodation you can call your own without excessive cost. We are currently in progress for the first phase of the project and you can also key in at this moment or wait to become one of the first individuals for the second phase which we plan to embark upon as soon as we have enough request from prospective members.

Our long term vision is to cascade our experience from this pilot project to other future projects. We expect our passion to propel us to greater height in real estate management. This could result into acquiring of more acreages of landed property within Lagos metropolitan and other states including Abuja to build more estates that will be affordable to any worker with regular income.

We hope to use this webpage to communicate all SiliconGarden Housing Estate related issues to all the cooperative members. e.g. Progress report, sharing of views on how best to achieve our long term goal, dissemination of quarterly and annual meetings, sharing of useful information that will be beneficial to all members as well as educating and entertaining all members when the estate is fully occupied.
